1Acceptance of Terms

Registration Requirements

When you register a Spin7 account, you agree to:

3Account Management

Inactive Accounts

Accounts that show no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as inactive. Spin7 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts in accordance with its current fee schedule, and to close accounts that remain inactive for extended periods after providing reasonable notice.

Bet Confirmation

A bet is only valid once you have received a confirmation message from Spin7 acknowledging receipt of the bet. It is your responsibility to verify that bets have been confirmed. Spin7 is not liable for bets that were not received or confirmed due to connectivity issues on your end.

Erroneous Odds

If Spin7 offers odds that are clearly and materially incorrect due to a technical error or human error (referred to as "palpable errors"), Spin7 reserves the right to void bets placed at those odds. General Promotion Rules

• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback or payment reversal on a deposit made to your Spin7 account.
